Hire Terms

• Equipment must be operated by a suitably competent and authorised person.

• The hirer is responsible for the equipment while in their possession, including damage, loss, theft and misuse.

• Any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged to the hirer.

• Equipment must be returned in a clean and serviceable condition.

• Fuel is not included. Equipment will be supplied with fuel and should be returned at the same level. Fuel shortages will be charged.

• Delivery and collection can be arranged at an additional cost.

• The hirer is responsible for arranging appropriate insurance cover for hired equipment.

• We recommend contacting Arborisk for specialist equipment-hire insurance advice and cover.

• A deposit or security payment may be required before hire.
